Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION: Please notify MUA a minimum of 24 hours in advance & your deposit will be credited towards your NEXT rescheduled service. REFUNDS: No refunds will be given unless the MUA is responsible for the cancellation. NO-SHOWS: Clients who do not show up to their appointment excused/unexcused will be charged 50% of the service rate — NO EXCEPTIONS. PAYMENT METHODS: For regular appointments remaining balances due preferably by cash (I do not carry change), debit/credit card or Venmo. For weddings, 1 invoice will be emailed to person responsible for the wedding party bill (no separate payments per person). TRAVEL: Off-site services only available for wedding parties and bookings with groups of 3 minimum, at this time. Due to limited space in beauty room, no extra guests allowed.
