Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION: minimum of 24 hours in advance & your deposit will be credited towards your NEXT rescheduled service. REFUNDS: No refunds will be given unless the MUA is responsible for the cancellation. NO-SHOWS: Clients who do not show up to their appointment excused/unexcused will be charged 100% of the service rate and will be banned from future bookings — NO EXCEPTIONS. PAYMENT METHODS: All bookings paid in full at the time of checkout. OFF-SITE TRAVEL: If you are booking and need services provided at your location, you must select the $25 Travel Fee add on at the time of booking. Failure to do this prior will result in automatic cancellation. ON-SITE Home Studio: Due to limited space in beauty room, no extra guests are allowed.
