Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION: minimum of 24 hours in advance & your deposit will be credited towards your NEXT rescheduled service. REFUNDS: No refunds will be given unless the MUA is responsible for the cancellation. NO-SHOWS: Clients who do not show up to their appointment excused/unexcused will be charged 50% of the service rate and will be banned from future bookings — NO EXCEPTIONS. PAYMENT METHODS: For regular appointments remaining balances due preferably by cash (I do not carry change), or by emailed invoice. OFF-SITE TRAVEL: If you are booking and need services provided at your location, you must select the Travel Fee add on at the time of booking. Failure to do this prior will result in automatic cancellation. ON-SITE Home Studio: Due to limited space in beauty room, no extra guests are allowed.
